Of all the six couples featured on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Kris Foster and Jeymi Noguera are the most controversial couple on the show. And this says a lot about their relationship, given that this season showcased some of the most problematic relationships in the series’ history.
Kris and Jeymi’s relationship topped all of the craziness from the other couples. It featured a fathomable blend of every red flag. Who Is Dayne Foster?
Dayne Foster was introduced to fans when he appeared on the season 4 premiere of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way alongside his mom, Kris. Dayne is 19 and works at a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning company. Additionally, he founded “New Addictions TG,” which he runs in partnership with his friend Dustin Benefield.
“New Addictions TG” is more of a community-driven project. Their Instagram page indicates that all proceeds aid addicts at various rehab centers, emphasizing their commitment to support. As of 2020, Dayne played American football at Haleyville High School. Nevertheless, he has since graduated from the school and moved on to other interests. The 19-year-old is also a regular gym-goer who proudly claims he “does what he wants as long as his mom says it’s okay.”
90 Day Fiancé Dayne Foster’s Arrest Details
According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Dayne was arrested on April 28, 2022, and charged with one felony count of possessing a controlled substance and one felony count of trafficking fentanyl. Dayne Foster was 19 years old and eligible to be tried as an adult at the time of his arrest. However, Dayne regained his freedom two days after posting a $51,000 bond. The case was later set aside on June 14, following the decision to waive the right to a grand jury.
Starcasm reports that Dayne’s case might probably end up at the Circuit Court, potentially resulting in prison time for him. Luckily, Kris’ son’s arrest happened prior to April 2023, when Alabama enacted stricter penalties for fentanyl trafficking. AP news reports that Alabama now imposes penalties for fentanyl traffickers, ranging from ten years to life imprisonment. This new legislation happened due to the deadly overdose crisis in the state.

Dayne Foster’s arrest put him in the spotlight for the wrong reasons and took away all of the shine he got from his first appearance on reality TV. However, he has chosen to pick himself up from the huge setback and is on his way to redemption. According to his Instagram profile, Dayne has thrust himself into several projects committed to helping addicts. As stated earlier, he also founded the “New Addiction Truck Group.” According to the Instagram page of the group, it was created
“in the hope of helping addicts find another way. To give back to the community. We want to make a difference.”
And the group has certainly been making a difference, as all proceeds have been donated to rehabilitation centers to help recovering addicts. This is undoubtedly a laudable move by the young man, and despite the backlash coming the way of his mom, 90 Day Fiancé fans will still love to see him continue to make more positive strides.
