Earlier today, the Square Enix showcase for E3 2021 updated fans on projects from Marvel to Final Fantasy. Below are some of the biggest updates from the event:

Square Enix Announces Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy

What is easily the most surprising announcement from Square Enix’s E3 showcase, the Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy reveal pleased and excited fans. Along with the reveal trailer shown above, the developers released a long look at actual gameplay. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is set for release on October 26, 2021 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

Marvel’s Avengers: War for Wakanda

In further Marvel news, Square Enix gave fans a look into the new expansion coming to the Marvel’s Avengers game. Highlighting Wakanda and The Black Panther, this new expansion will be available this coming August for free.

Babylon’s Fall

During their E3 2021 showcase, Square Enix displayed gameplay from the upcoming action-RPG Babylon’s Fall. Announced over three years ago, the developers finally announced a closed beta that fans can sign up for now!

Life Is Strange Remastered Collection

The Life Is Strange Remastered Collection will be available on September 30, 2021 for PC, Xbox and PlayStation. It will include both Life is Strange and Before the Storm with visual and lighting upgrades, further elevating the already excellent experience.

E3 2021 Premiere: Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin

Developed by the team behind Nioh, this soulslike experience is a Final Fantasy spinoff. While coming to both PlayStation and Xbox in the future, PlayStation 5 users will be able to test a demo starting on June 24.
