This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

One of the eight new characters added to Vampire Survivors in the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC is Miang Moonspell, the same fighter who appears on the cover art on Steam. As a result, she will be the first unit whom many fans want to unlock first before moving on to other characters added in this engaging expansion. However, the new map is quite complex, filled with new enemy types and environmental obstacles that might be challenging to navigate through and around. Accordingly, some players might need some guidance and where Miang Moonspell can be found and how they can reach her location.

Finding & Unlocking Miang Moonspell in Vampire Survivors

Map Location and Pathway to Unlocking Miang Moonspell in Vampire Survivors

Miang Moonspell’s coffin in Vampire Survivors is located within the dojo area in Mt. Moonspell. Inside the central building of the dojo, players will encounter a possessed, feral-looking creature that must be defeated before the coffin can be opened. A fast-moving character with solid early-game power, like Mask of the Red Death, is recommended for this endeavor.

Based on gameplay footage by YouTube content creator Nuzzy, below is a list of steps that players can take to find and unlock Miang Moonspell in Vampire Survivors:

  • Step 1: After spawning into the Mt. Moonspell map, open the Milky Way Map to check where the white question icon is located for reference.
  • Step 2: Begin traveling across the snowy forest to the northwest, being wary of the ghostly enemies that spawn along the way.
  • Step 3: Eventually, players will encounter the large western stone wall of the dojo.
  • Step 4: Follow this stone wall to the south and go right where the wall stops.
  • Step 5: Players will soon arrive at the dojo’s entrance, marked by a torii gate where they can enter the training grounds.
  • Step 6: Enter the first large building on the right and navigate through the corridors to the central room with Miang Moonspell’s coffin.
  • Step 7: Defeat the demonic enemy with blue arms coming out its back to gain access to the coffin and unlock Miang Moonspell in Vampire Survivors. The coffin will not react to being touched if fans do not kill the demon opponent.

Vampire Survivors is available on PC, Xbox Game Pass, and mobile platforms.
