The year began on a very high note for the gaming industry. January brought many amazing titles to different platforms that many players are enjoying. While the beginning of the month was a bit quiet, these past weeks have been busy. Titles such as Fire Emblem Engage, Forspoken, and Dead Space Remake have a lot of players taking the dust off their consoles and PCs. February 2023 will get a lot of game releases as well, and it is bound to be a busier month than this last one. So, if you are planning to buy any game this month, today we give you the Top 10 Game Releases of February 2023.

Hogwarts Legacy

We’re just one week away from getting one of the most anticipated games of all time. Hogwarts Legacy is the dream of any Harry Potter fan. In this title, you’ll be able to explore Hogwarts while doing quests, going to classes, and experiencing the best magic combat to date. People are eager to play it, and some have already been lucky enough to get an early copy.

Hogwarts Legacy will release on February 10, 2023, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line

The good old Final Fantasy franchise is going to have a very busy year. Its MMO is launching more major updates this year, and we’re getting the next big installment too. However, there’s another title that fans of the series will love. Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is bound to release during the first weeks of the month. This game brings many of the iconic songs from the franchise, and fans of these games will surely love it.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line launches on February 16, 2023, for the PS4 and the Nintendo Switch.

Wild Hearts

While Monster Hunter is and most likely will be the best game of the genre, another company is trying its luck with this type of game. Wild Hearts is a game developed by Koei Tecmo and published by EA. This is an original game that is trying to bring something original to the monster-hunting genre. It boasts an interesting art style and some slick combat that only Koei Tecmo can deliver.

Wild Hearts will launch on February 17, 2023, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Like a Dragon: Ishin!

If you’re a fan of the Yakuza franchise, there is a spin-off coming soon that has many players excited. Like a Dragon: Ishin promises to be a great take on the series with some fun combat and interesting side activities. Besides that, what’s important is that the story looks great, and people are quite hooked on what they’ve seen in terms of gameplay.

Like a Dragon: Ishin! releases on February 21, 2023, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Atomic Heart

It seems as if it was yesterday when we saw the first trailer for Atomic Heart. At the time, people didn’t understand too much about the story or setting, but they loved both. Now, we’re just days away from getting one of the top 10 game releases of February 2023. Atomic Heart is set in an alternate reality Soviet Union with some robot enemies, mutants, and pretty cool combat.

Atomic Heart is set to launch on February 21, 2023, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Also, the game will be playable on Game Pass from day one.

Sons of the Forest

There have been a lot of survival games as of late, but one that made a huge impact was The Forest. The first game launched way back in 2014 and sent players to rescue their kid after a plane crash as one of the best dads in the history of games. Now, a second game coming called Sons of the Forest brings the same horror that we all loved from the first. This time the setting is different, but the creatures and survival aspects return once more.

Sons of the Forest launches on February 23, 2023, on PC.

Octopath Traveler 2

A few years ago, some players were getting tired of the same old RPG formula and needed something different to reignite their love for the genre. Octopath Traveler launched with a throwback to the old-school combat and mechanics from previous JRPGs. This is something that people loved a lot. The game was so well-received that it is getting a sequel by the end of February. Octopath Traveler 2 is bringing a fresh new cast of characters with a new setting, stories, and abilities. It is another of the best game releases of February 2023 that you can’t miss if you’re a fan of JRPGs.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe

While it isn’t technically a new game, Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe is a modern take on the Wii classic. This game will let up to 4 players adventure as characters from the franchise in different areas of the game’s world. Many Kirby fans are happy about getting this title, as the Wii original was one of the best in the series and is part of Nintendo’s 2023 lineup.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe arrives on February 24, 2023, on the Nintendo Switch.

If you thought the first game had some groundbreaking mechanics and exploration features, buckle up because Kerbal Space Program 2 improves upon all of that. The sequel is coming soon, and it will add a lot of new things for players to try. It is said that this game will make exploration easier and more engaging with all the new additions. And besides that, you’ll be able to establish your own colonies.

Kerbal Space Program 2 will release on February 25, 2023, on PC.

Destiny 2: Lightfall
