Furthermore, visitors will uncover beautiful auroral anomalies scattered throughout the area.
To unlock this captivating destination, players must collect specific parts such as 1 Boom Plort, 1 Tabby Plort, and 1 Batty Plort. After entering the area for the first time, one will also find that multiple Gadget Sites with plenty of Treasure Pods contain exclusive items. The Powderfall Bluffs was released with the first significant update of the game, Song of the Sabers.

You can get to Powderfall Bluffs in Slime Rancher 2 from Ember Valley, where the Crystal Gordo spawns. Here are the steps you need to follow.
- Go to the location where Crystal Gordo spawns in Ember Valley.
- Once you reach the platform, you can see a waterfall near the left of the platform.
- Fly through the Waterfall, and you will find a cave.
- Go until the end of the cave, and you will find an underground door.
- Shoot Boom Plort to the left of the Slime Statue and Batty plot to the Right Slime Statue.
- Shoot the Tabby plort to the Slime Statue in the middle, and the door at the center will open.
- Jump down through the door and follow the road till the end. You will find the Teleport to the Powderfall Bluffs at the end of the road.
