Dead Cellsย was among the indie games that were inspired by the Castlevania series. Recently, they have released a new DLC by the title ofย Return to Castlevaniaย where you go back to the castle of Dracula and meet some familiar faces like Alucard. You can also fight Dracula as the final boss of the DLC, but reaching him is quite confusing. So here is how to fight Dracula in Dead Cells Return to Castlevania.

How to Fight Dracula in Dead Cells Return to Castlevania

It won’t be a Castlevania game or DLC if you couldn’t fight a Dracula in it. As is the case for Return to Castlevaniaย DLC, fighting Dracula is no easy task, and finding him is even more complicated than the fight itself.

In short, to fight Dracula inย Return to Castlevaniaย you have to unlock all the biomes and also fight all the bosses. But it’s not that simple so here is the elaboration on what you need to do in order to fight Dracula.

First, you have to talk to Richter in the Prisoner’s Quarters to unlock the Castle Outskirts which is the first biome of the DLC. Once you’ve reached at the end of Castle Outskirts, you will meet Alucard where you have to free him from his coffin.

Doing this will unlock Dracula’s Castle, which is the second biome of the game. As you navigate your way through Dracula’s Castle, you will exit to the Defiled Necropolis where you have to face and defeat Death.

After defeating Death, talk to Alucard which spawned near the path to Dracula’s Castle. Then you have to end your run, reset and find Alucard in the pre-Prisoner’s Quarter’s chamber.

Speaking with Alucard will unlock the path to Master’s Keep. Once again begin a new run, and this time, you have to reach Clock Tower and defeat The Time Keeper boss. Doing this will grant you access to the alternate or the real version of Dracula’s Castle.

Once again, talk to Alucard and then use the exit to get into the alternate version of Dracula’s Castle. At the end of the alternate version of the castle, you will face Medusa which you have to defeat. After the fight is over, enter the treasure chamber and acquire the Petrified Key.
