Phil Spencer and Team XBOX confirmed what many leaks have been talking about recently, the XBOX One S. The console will be 40% smaller than the original, and will be released this August.
The leaks popped up around the internet yesterday, and XBOX wasted no time in confirming that the newer, smaller, and cheaper console is on its way very soon. The XBOX One dropped its base price about a month ago, and now the $299 price tag will also accompany the new S.
The console will also feature a new wireless controller, with improved range and a new sleek look to match its parent console. It will also house a 2TB Hard Drive, an integrated power supply, 4K display capabilities, and HDR.
