Carrie Underwood has revealed a house chore she does on workout rest days via Instagram. The country singer, 39, is currently running a fitness empire. While fans can shop her CALIA athleisurewear clothing, they can also sweat it out via her Fit52 app. In a recent Fit52 promo, Carrie Underwood stunned her followers with the reveal of what she does around the house that totally counts as a workout! Carrie was filmed looking pretty in pink as she spoke with trainer and app co-founder Eve Overland. The American Idol winner was quick to reference her motherhood, also surprising fans with the reveal.

Underwood was all smiles as she rocked a pink and pastel purple zip-up jacket, Carrie looked gorgeous as she happily let fans in on her lifestyle.
Speaking from a brightly lit indoor space, the “Cry Pretty” hitmaker told fans: “I clean. My rest days are like active rest days.” While Carrie did admit to needing to rest, she continued: “Mama gotta clean the house!” Together with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher, Carrie is a mother to sons Jacob and Isaiah.
