Theย Life is Strangeย video game completed its five-episode series last year. Yet fans are clearly not over the story of Max Caulfield and her best friend. Just last week, the first episode became available to download for free on all gaming platform. Now, publisher Square Enix announced they will be working with Legendary Digital Studios and DJ2 Entertainment to create a live-action web series forย Life is Strange.

The game certainly contains a lot of interesting possible plot ideas for a longer series. Max is an average teen photographer who discovers she has the ability to rewind time and shape the events in her town. Life is Strangeย takes Max on a journey to discover who she is. Along the way, she learns about loyalty and friendship. She also must make some tough choices for the benefit of everyone in Arcadia Bay.

Players can change Max’s experiences based on the decisions they make in the game. A live-action series will obviously have a different sort of focus. It also probably won’t involve the same events as the video game did. However, no other details are yet announced for the series, so at this point, it’s too soon to tell.
