• Pond south of Tamala’s house (Bahari Bay)
• Pond near Hodari and Najuma’s House (Bahari Bay)
• Pond at Hideaway Bluffs (Bahari Bay)
• Pond south of The Outskirts (Bahari Bay)
• Pond near Ancient Aquaduct (Bahari Bay)
• Pond west of Daiya Family Farm (Kilima Village)
• Mirror Pond Ruins (Kilima Village)

You can come there as soon as you receive your Fishing Rod. You don’t even need to upgrade it. In addition, Mudminnow spawns at any time of the day, which makes the task much easier.

How To Catch Mudminnow

Although most fish in Palia require the use of a specific bait, this does not apply to Mudminnow. All you need to do is go to the pond and cast your fishing rod. Then, wait until the fish bites the hook. It seems that this fish likes hooks more than bait. Anyway, it works, and you will catch a lot of Mudminnow fish without any problems.
