Risk of Rain Returns: All Steps To Unlock HAN-D
First of all, it’s worth noting that you won’t be able to get HAN-D too early in the playthrough. This robot janitor is in a small container in the cargo area of the final level. You can easily miss it as the surroundings of this particular room are too ruined to attract your attention. In addition, the map of the final stage may differ depending on the playthrough, and the required container may be in different places. So here’s what you must do to unlock HAN-D in Risk of Rain Returns.
- First, after completing Stage Five, select the Teleport to the Final Level option to move to Risk of Rain UES Contact Light. This place will be your starting point.
- Next, explore the area and go to the very left side of the map. Once you get there, you’ll find yourself in a large cargo compartment divided into four rooms (it looks like a fork on the map).
- You should enter the second room from the top (Cargo 2), as shown in the image above. A distinctive feature is the more destroyed environment than in other rooms.
- Walk around the lower room level and look for a tall pile of containers. Open the small gray container at the bottom to release the robot janitor and unlock HAN-D.
