Even though Lethal Company is in early access, it has received quite a lot of good reviews. And this is not surprising since the game has a wide variety of content and features, which become more and more with each update. For example, in one of the patches, the developer added a new ship upgrade to Lethal Company called the Inverse Teleporter. Like other upgrades in the game, it is quite easy to obtain, but its use can be a little confusing for players.

Luckily, the Inverse Teleporter is not some kind of secret item in Lethal Company. Therefore, players do not need to fulfill any special conditions to unlock it. Instead, all you have to do is collect scraps until you have 425 credits. Then open the Store and find Inverse Teleporter there. Once purchased, it will appear on your ship in Lethal Company.

How Does the Inverse Teleporter Work?

Well, the Inverse Teleporter is a very controversial upgrade in Lethal Company, as it makes your run much more difficult. Unlike the regular Teleporter, it teleports you from the ship to the map. The point where you find yourself is chosen randomly every time. In other words, this is a great way to quickly get to the facility.

However, as with regular teleportation, all your items will drop. Therefore, if you want to get to the facility fast, you will have to do it without any items. It’s also worth noting that you can teleport to any location, including rooms with locked doors. Thus, you definitely need to have a friend on the ship who will help you get out if something happens.

We recommend using the Inverse Teleporter in Lethal Company only if you want to test your skills. It is very hard to survive without tools, so use the Inverse Teleporter at your own risk. And speaking of usage, it can teleport multiple players at a time. Of course, everyone will end up in different places. It’s better to do this at the beginning of the run, as the Inverse Teleporter has a 3.5 minute cooldown.

That’s all you need to know about the Inverse Teleporter in Lethal Company. This teleport is not very useful, especially for new players. But if you want to complicate the game, it is just what you need. In the meantime, please take a look at our Lethal Company Starter guide.
