You’ll need to complete the Abattoir of Zir dungeon to get the Tears of Blood Glyph in Diablo 4. However, you cannot access this dungeon right away. To get access, you’ll need to first complete all seven chapters of the Season Journey in Season of Blood. It is not necessary to complete all the objectives in each chapter, as each chapter only requires a portion of them to be completed. You can see the number of objectives you need to complete to pass the chapters under “Chapter Rewards”.

Before entering this dungeon, you will have to craft a Blood Forged Sigil to access the Abattoir of Zir dungeon. To do this, you must complete the Season of Blood quest chain. After completing the quests, visit the Occultist and craft a Blood-Forged Sigil.
