Best Landing Locations for Hardcore Players

Snooty Steppes
The Snooty Steppes location features the famous character Peter Griffin, who was added as a boss in Chapter 5. Many players jump here just to see him. In addition, by defeating this boss, you can get Peter Griffin’s Hammer Pump Shotgun and Society Medallion.
The Shotgun you can get from Peter Griffin is extremely powerful, and this location is one of the most competitive landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 5 as there is plenty of loot and an underground Vault in this location.
Fencing Fields
If you prefer to engage in close combat with your opponents, Nisha’s Striker AR weapon might be for you. For that, you need to head down to Fencing Fields to kill boss Nisha. There is plenty of loot and a Vault here. In this Vault, you can change the mods of your weapons or add new ones.
If you survive, you’ll walk out with a Mythic AR, plenty of ammo, and a Society Medallion. This is enough to win the game. However, you should be careful as it is a crowded place.
Lavish Lair
Lavish Lair is another location that features a boss. When you defeat him, you can get Oscar’s Frenzy Auto Shotgun, which is incredibly powerful, especially in Zero Build mode.
Also, just like the other locations, there is a Vault here, and you can get a lot of loot. However, there will be a lot of players who land on this spot because this weapon is quite popular in the game.
Best Landing Locations for Casual Players

Pleasant Piazza
If you want a more peaceful experience, try Pleasant Piazza. It’s not often that top players land here, and you may even see bots landing minutes after you. Despite this, the loot in Pleasant Piazza is quite good and you can get items up to Legendary depending on your luck.
Hazy Hillside
Hazy Hillside is also one of Fortnite Chapter 5’s peaceful locations. However, if the Battle Bus comes from the bottom right corner of the map, many players may choose to land here.
When it comes to loot, we can’t say that it’s great. In our experience, we did not even find many Chests in this location, but there are Floor Loots. And you can get a nice upgrade by killing players in Fencing Fields after looting Hazy Hillside.
Rebel’s Roost
If you are a casual player and do not want to deal with experienced players in Fortnite Chapter 5, you can choose Rebel’s Roost landing spot. Since this location is at the very edge of the map, not many players prefer it, but if you want a calm and slow-moving match, you can definitely choose this location. However, you should loot fast and leave the area as soon as possible, because the Storm moves very fast this season.
