Dynamic Foundations are one of the items that you can create through the Toys tab, but only some understand what it is for. In fact, it’s a great thing that will be useful for those who have progressed enough in the game and are ready to create vehicles. And now, let’s take a look at how to get Dynamic Foundations in Lego Fortnite. As with most other items in the game, you’ll need to access it first, so we’ll walk you through this path from start to finish.

This is a crafted item, but it doesn’t require a Work Bench, instead, you can create it through the Toys tab, spending only 4 Flexwood if the recipe is available.

So, let’s go through the steps. The first thing you’ll need to focus on is stocking up on Flexwood. This resource can be obtained by cutting down big cactus plants in the Desert biome. But don’t rush because Flexwood won’t drop unless you use the Rare Forest Axe to cut down the cactus. Here are the resources you’ll need to craft the Rare Forest Axe:

  • Knotroot Rod x3 – Can be obtained by refining Knotroot with the Lumber Mill.
  • Cut Amber x5 – Go to the Dry Valley biome and find rocks with yellow gemstones sticking out of them. Use an Uncommon Pickaxe to break it and get Rough Amber. Next, go back to the village and use the Gem Cutter to turn Rough Amber into Cut Amber.

When the crafting is complete, you can eventually get the main resource for crafting Dynamic Foundations, and some other items from the Toys tab. It is recommended to stock up on Flexwood so that you can craft more of these items in the future.

When this is done, check your Toys tab by opening the Building Menu. If the Dynamic Foundations recipe does not appear there, it means that your village is not developed enough. In this case, you need to be more active in the game to progress and influence the development of your village. Do this and check the Toys tab occasionally to see if the recipe has appeared there.

Dynamic Foundations are the basis for building vehicles, like cars or airplanes. Once you have the other necessary items, such as wheels, thrusters, and an activation switch, you can create a car to travel the world faster. By adding balloons to this construction, your vehicle will turn into an airplane, which will be an incredibly useful thing to explore the map.
