This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

Amazingly, Adopt Me has been going for six years now, and in that time, its developer Uplift Games has only released two festive-themed eggs: 2019’s Christmas Egg and 2023’s Christmas Future Egg. While the original Christmas Egg is now considered one of the rarest in the Roblox game, the jury is still out on the new one. So, what is a Christmas Future Egg worth in Adopt Me? Let’s find out, shall we?

To cut a long story short: the Christmas Future Egg is currently worth about the same as a Rat, Musk Ox, or a Robin. That’s roughly about the same as four Dogs or four Cats. Much like any other Adopt Me eggs, however, its value will increase over time as it’s only available during the Winter Festival 2023.

What’s upsetting many fans, however, is the fact that the Christmas Future Egg only contains the opportunity to hatch one pet: the Eggnog Dog, which is an Uncommon pet. As a result, the egg will only ever be worth the same as an Eggnog Dog. For context, the original offered players the opportunity of hatching one of six potential pets: an Arctic Reindeer, a Wolf, a Robin, a Polar Bear, a Swan, and an Arctic Fox. These were a combination of Legendary, Ultra-Rare, Rare, Uncommon, and Common pets.

This 2019 egg was only available as a gift during the Christmas Event in 2019. Much like other eggs, however, it was a limited-time event, which means that it’s now unavailable unless you meet someone in-game who has one they want to trade.

As a result, we’d say that 2023’s festive egg is a bit of a disappointment because its value will never reach the same heights as its 2019 predecessor.

Our final piece of advice? We’d suggest keeping the egg and trading it in the future when it’s at its most valuable.

How to Get It

To get the Christmas Future Egg, you’ll need to win Frostclaw’s Fury minigame, which can be found in the Winter Festival 2023 event area. That said, this doesn’t guarantee you a win as there’s only a 33% chance that the egg will spawn. Players must collect the egg during the round with the shelves, otherwise they won’t win the egg.
