Life After Lockup cast member Chance Pitt is back behind bars after going on a bit of a December crime spree. Earlier this month, Chance Pitt was arrested for DWI on December 8. Ten days later, he’s on Instagram Live bashing his ex Tayler George. Fans also believe he was high at the time.
The Life After Lockup Chance Pitt said he needed to leave for work at his second job. It’s funny because, during the season, he had issues keeping even one job. A couple of hours after the live stream, Chance was involved in an accident with a semi-truck. He needs to check on the driver of the overturned semi. Instead, he flees the scene. The cops found him about 12 hours later and hauled him in. Chance posted his bond and was released.
Let’s get to his latest arrest on Thursday, December 29. Even after being arrested twice this month, he still manages to outdo himself again. He allegedly stole a woman’s car out of a hospital parking lot and used her credit card to buy himself drinks, gas, and cigarettes at a couple of different stores.
Tayler George Escaped Just in Time
The Life After Lockup star won’t have to worry about running into his friend Bobbo. It looks like Tayler George dodged a bullet. Because now he is looking at some serious time. According to Starcasm, Chance Pitt faces a felony charge of tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree and a misdemeanor charge of fraudulent credit card use.
Police officers gathered the security footage from the hospital parking lot, and the two stores immediately recognized Chance. The report states that after leaving the store, Chance headed to the Troy Inn hotel. Where oddly enough, the same officer had responded to a domestic disturbance between Chance and his girlfriend hours before the car crash.
Here is where it gets good. Two days ago, Chance Pitt showed up at the sheriff’s office to report his pickup truck stolen. So, he had no choice but to admit his crimes. He’s being held on a $25,000 cash bond and will go before the judge on January 2.
The report also reveals that Earl Chance Pitt is currently on parole from his 2014 robbery convictions. What a mess. Well, at least Tayler George stepped away with her kids before getting caught up in Chance’s stupidity. Fans are unsure if his current girlfriend will stick by him through this.
However, this plays out for the Life After Lockup star Chance Pitt. One thing is for sure. He will have plenty of prison time to sift through a new potential prison hookup. Who knows, WEtv fans may see him again in a future season.
