World of Warcraft has introduced a lot of fancy cosmetics during its long lifespan. Some of these unique rewards have appeared on what is called a gold sink vendor over the years. These NPCs offer items for expensive costs for only the richest players to snatch up. Blizzard has dropped a new surprise vendor named Ms. Xiulan in WoW retail, and she has a collection of cosmetics to purchase for a limited time. Let’s explain where to find her and what these rewards will cost you.
Location of Ms. Xiulan in WoW
Ms. Xiulan in WoW retail is not very hard to find. She is located in the city of Valdrakken, the capital hub of the Dragonflight expansion. More specifically, you will find her inside the Black Market Auction House room on the lower side of the mountain at coordinates (19.16, 50.32).
Keep in mind that this vendor does not exist in WoW Classic. You can only access her with the Dragonflight expansion in the game’s retail version.
Gold Sink Vendor Available Until Late August
Upon speaking to Ms. Xiulan in WoW, you will learn that she has a collection of goodies to purchase for a limited time. This gold sink vendor is only available until the end of August. After this time, her goods will move to the Black Market Auction House. While this means they are not leaving permanently, finding them this way will be rare and have fluctuating costs.
Ms. Xiulan in WoW Rewards and Gold Costs
Ms. Xiulan offers ten unique rewards to claim before August. Many of these cosmetic items are actually recolors of Trading Post offerings. Furthermore, some of them are high-resolution versions of past popular weapons.

- Marauder King’s Body Carver (Polearm) – 100,000 Gold
- Gilded Crown Splitter (Two-Handed Axe) – 90,000 Gold
- Royal Witch Doctor’s Guard (Shield) – 80,000 Gold
- Royal Witch Doctor’s Trophies (Back) – 80,000 Gold
- Wrathful Crusader’s Helm (Head) – 75,000 Gold
- Regal Gryphon Rider’s Headgear (Head) – 75,000 Gold
Gold Resonating Crystal in WoW
The most coveted of the gold sink vendor rewards offered by Ms. Xiulan in WoW is the Gold Resonating Crystal. This teaches you how to summon the Golden Regal Scarab, a shiny version of the scarab mount offered in the Trading Post.
