There’s plenty to do in the latest season of Diablo 4. We all expect seasonal changes to come with a new campaign, and from there, fresh side journeys to embark on. One of those journeys is Kulle’s Heart. Kulle’s Heart in Diablo 4 is a side quest that dives further into the overall story behind the creation of the Vaults. It tasks you to find several journals, making it a lengthy job. To make sure you don’t miss one, we’ve tracked the locations down for you.

Kulle’s Heart Quest Objective in Diablo 4

The main point of the Kulle’s Heart quest is to find all of Zoltun Kulle’s Journals. Before accessing this quest, you must unlock it by finishing The Ennead, the third quest in the campaign. This, in turn, gives you access to The Gatehall where you’ll find your first Journal. This kicks off the Kulle’s Heart quest in Diablo 4 and your search for the remaining four entries.

Second Journal Entry For Kulle’s Heart

The second Journal for the Kulle’s Heart quest is easy to find. All you need to do is defeat the Malphas Boss during the Miracle quest. It’s as simple as following the storyline for the campaign. Once you do, the next Journal entry will drop as loot.

The main thing that can tie you up during the Diablo 4 Kulle’s Heart quest is finding the last three Journals. They don’t drop as loot or show up in one specific spot like the first two. Instead, you find them by opening Wardwoven Chests in Vaults. To open these, you must have Zoltun’s Warding charges. To acquire these, you must exchange Pearls of Warding for them, but you can’t fall victim to the traps in Vaults or you’ll lose charges. We’ve got a guide to help you find Pearls of Warding, if needed.

And you’re going to need plenty of Pearls of Warding. This is because the Journals show up in those chests in the Nightmare Vaults. You must craft Vault Sigils, which means using more Pearls of Warding. The best advice we can offer is to have as many Zoltun’s Warding charges as possible. This gives you more chests to open and more opportunities to find the Journals.

Diablo 4 is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
