The only place where you can find Orserk in Palworld is the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. This location is home to rare Pals and is protected by guards. If you are caught catching Pals here, the guards will start attacking you. So you have to be careful about capturing Pals here. You also need a flying mount to get to this location. Orserk is found at this location as Level 43, so make sure you have a Sphere with you that can catch a Pal of its power. You can encounter it both in the daytime and in night.
No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the upper right corner of the Dessicated Desert biome in the sea. The closest Fast Travel point is Deep Sand Dunes Fast Travel point on the coast in the upper right of the Dessicated Desert.
