The source went on to reveal that with the end of Katie Holmes’ child support payments from Tom Cruise also comes the end of her non-disclosure agreement. This means that the actress would be free to speak out about her relationship with the A-list actor. She could use that fact to her advantage if money begins to get tight.
“She’s actively looking for roles and is eager to throw herself back into the industry full-time. If things get tough, Katie could cash in by penning a tell-all book,” the informant added.
Meanwhile, Katie Holmes’ lawyer, Jonathan W. Wolfe, ESQ., tells Radar Online that the reports aren’t true. “The story is riddled with falsehoods. One would hope there would be more newsworthy items to cover, and publications would avoid reporting as ‘facts’ claims from anonymous sources peddling such obvious misrepresentations,” he said of the situation.
