The collection of souls bound in a body by the power of the Outworld sorcerer Quan Chi; Ermac is here in Mortal Kombat 1. The red ninja of the MK universe was seen as King Jerrod in the Mortal Kombat 1 story mode, however, turns out he has lost control and souls are back in action! The Soul Collection is a part of the Kombat Pack 1 DLC in Mortal Kombat 1, and here’s the full guide on how to play Ermac with all his Fatalities and Brutalities moves list.

Inputs Guide:

  • Square/X: 1
  • Triangle/Y: 2
  • X/A: 3
  • Circle/B: 4

Advantages:

  • Ranged Attacks
  • Teleportation
  • High Damage Moves

Disadvantages:

  • Lack of Combo Starters
  • Slow Frame Moves
  • Hard To Chain Combos

Ermac has some of the best basic combos in Mortal Kombat 1, allowing for high-damage moves with simple inputs. However, the Soul Collection doesn’t have the best combo starters, and some of his best moves are way too slow. Playing against a Liu Kang or Kung Lao master, it’s hard to beat their frames if you’re picking Ermac as your main. But you can still keep the fight strong with Ermac’s combo grapple, teleport, ranged, and powerful aerial moves.
