Just days ago, Nina Dobrevโs fans were drooling over her pictures from Paris, France, and now, they are sending her messages for a speedy recovery. What happened in such a short amount of time? Well, it turns out The Vampire Diaries star had a biking accident. And it landed her in hospital (and in, what looks to be a lot of pain). The actress posted two pictures of herself on Instagram showing what happened.
The first picture shows Nina Dobrev posing on a bike, and she looks cool. The second is far less awesome, as she can be seen lying on a hospital bed with a brace on her leg. Rather than share more about what happened (and after all, a picture is meant to speak a thousand words) the actress captioned the post with a simple and humorous message: โhow it started vs how itโs going.โ
However, she did update fans later with a message on her Instagram story. “I’m OK but itโs going to be a long road of recovery ahead,” she wrote. Although fans are relieved to hear that she is doing OK, the comment section is flooded with concerned messages. โHow did that happen, Nina, explain it to me?โ an Instagram user asked. โNoooo so sorry! Feel better,โ another concerned fan shared. Other comments on the post include, โStill managing to look gorge in a hospital bed,โ and โ@nina making the hospital gown the new spring trend. Love you! Handling it like a champ!โ
There are also a few jokesters. โBut how does the bike ride? Would you recommend it?โ one comment reads. โThatโs my girl! Obviously wouldnโt make jokes if you were not ok,โ another wrote. Another fan also showed off their sense of humor, writing, โYou arenโt a vampire anymore Nina.โ
Itโs true; Nina Dobrev is no longer immortal, so letโs hope she avoids situations like this the next time she takes her bike out.
