Best Team Comps and Rotation
For Ellen Joe’s rotation, you need to use a Stun character in your Zenless Zone Zero team, like Lycaon or Anby, to paralyze the enemies. Also, starting with Support buffs is ideal. Soukaku applies ATK bonuses to herself, and then you must transfer it to Ellen. While your shark-girl with her Double Dash or Charged Attack stacks her Flash Freeze, you need 6 charges. With the dash, Ellen can move quickly between enemies, so take advantage of this to spend your charges with your Special Attack, or if you don’t have energy, do it with the Basic Attacks.

Overall, Ellen Joe is a fantastic character and one of the best Ice DPS Agents you can get. Furthermore, her playstyle isn’t too hard for players to learn. As long as you get those Flash Freeze stacks up, you’ll be shattering enemies in all directions. Still, remember to get the right team for her because, without the right buffs, she’ll end up having a toothless bite.
