Oliva Munn and John Mulaney are official! After three years of dating and a son together, the lovebirds are married. However, Mulaney and Munn, who are both quite a big deal in the entertainment industry, chose an unusual way to tie the knot.
According to People Magazine, the couple walked down the aisle over the weekend in New York City. Despite how busy and loud the city can be, Munn and Mulaney managed to have a super intimate ceremony at a friend’s home. Sources claim the couple’s son Malcolm and a witness were the only attendees. The lovers are yet to publicly comment on the news of a wedding. However, their nuptials come just four months after the New Girl actress opened up about her breast cancer diagnosis. Munn was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer, luminal B, and had a mastectomy on both breasts.
While discussing her cancer journey, Munn showered praises on Mulaney, bragging about how he supported her. “It would’ve felt like climbing an iceberg without him,” she previously told the publication.
“I donโt think he had a moment to himself, between being an incredibly hands-on father and going to and from the hospitalโ taking Malcolm to the park, putting him to nap, driving to Cedars-Sinai, hanging out with me, going home, putting Malcolm to bed, coming back to me.”

Eight years down the line, they sparked dating rumors in May 2021. At the time, the comedian had just split from his ex-wife Anna Marie Tendler. By September of that year, Mulaney, during an appearance onย Late Night with Seth Meyers, confirmed that the actress was pregnant with his child.
“In the spring, I went to Los Angeles and met and started to date a wonderful woman named Olivia. I got into this relationship that’s been really beautiful with someone incredible. And we’re having a baby together.”
Olivia and John welcomed their son, Malcolm Hiแปp, in November 2021 but didn’t share the news until a month later.
