Prince William is reportedly upset with his younger brother, Prince Harry, yet again. The estranged brothers have been embattled in a bitter family war for years. However, things are going from bad to worse as the future King of England is said to be getting fed up with Harry continuing to “cash in” on the tragic death of their beloved mother, Princess Diana. Now, William is said to be taking a stand.
Prince William is reportedly furious with Prince Harry as the younger royal has been making the rounds on television yet again. Recently, Harry spoke out about his battle with the British tabloids, which is something that his mother also endured.
Prince William is Growing Tired of Prince Harry’s Comments About Princess Diana
“There’s evidence to suggest that [my mother] was being hacked in the mid-90s, probably one of the first people to be hacked. And yet still today, the tabloid press very much enjoy painting her as being paranoid. But she wasn’t paranoid,” Harry said of Princess Diana in a recent interview, per Express.
Now, sources tell New Idea that William is upset about Harry dragging their mother’s name back into the spotlight for his own personal gain. In addition, William allegedly believes that since marrying Meghan Markle, Harry’s “obsession” with their mother has intensified.
“William is spitting mad that Harry would reference this again,” the informant dished. He’s so fed up with [the Sussexes] cashing in on Diana’s death. William’s getting to the point where he’s washing his hands of Harry for good.”
Meanwhile, the outlet suggests that Prince William and Prince Harry have grown so far apart that the Prince of Wales no longer recognizes his younger brother, and does not trust him at all. William allegedly believes that Harry’s comments only make the royal family feud “worse,” and he’s growing tired of the drama.
Only time will tell if Prince Harry and Prince William will ever reconcile. Until then, the battle of the brothers continues to rage on.
