The Teen Mom alum can’t stand that David is 35, with a 17-year-old daughter and a 22-year-old girlfriend. However, Kenleigh claims that she knew who David Eason was before becoming involved with him. She even states, at first, that she really ‘didn’t want to like him.’
According to the TeenMomFanz Instagram page, Kenleigh used social media to defend her relationship with her man. She admitted, “I knew who he [David] was. I did not want to like him. I was literally talking to someone else. I didn’t want to like him.”
However, as she got to know David Eason better, she discovered that he was more than his ex, Jenelle Evans, made him out to be. She feels he is often misunderstood, and she also admits that David does a lot for her.

While Kenleigh feels all loved up with David Eason, the younger woman might have just made a big mistake. Fans know that Jenelle and David are battling it out in court, and Jenelle claims she has a lot of damaging info on David. However, Kenleigh may have just helped the Teen Mom star’s case in a big way.
David Eason is allegedly behind on $60k in child support. However, while coming to his defense, Kenleigh made some revealing statements that could help Jenelle and David’s first ex-wife, Whitney Johnson. Kenleigh seemingly believed that, at the time, she was shedding some new light on her relationship with David, which may have caused him more problems.
“He’s a lot sweeter than people portray him to be.” She then revealed David paid for repairs on her home, despite David being $60k behind on child support and not being able to afford an attorney for an ongoing custody battle with Jenelle: “He’s actually paid for a lot of my home improvements, just to help me out.”
It sounds like Kenleigh is now smitten with David Eason—so much so that the former Teen Mom cast member even included her in his new video. Eason shared a preview clip on TikTok, and needless to say, the comments sections did not disappoint.
Seeing how Jenelle Evans reacts to all this news should be interesting. Fans know that Jenelle claims she is over and done with David. However, she has difficulty controlling her reactions to any news regarding Eason.
