“At least 18 staffers have left since 2018,” says the insider. “People are saying they’re the bosses from hell.” The couple has been facing a string of bad luck since moving to the US. Losing their staff, their business failures, and Harry’s visa issues are a few setbacks they’ve endured. Things have “gotten so bad that they’re considering returning to England. They want to come home,” the source explained.

Prince Harry left England because he wanted to protect his wife and children. Since then, he’s been trying to get security for his family, but it’s a losing battle.

The simplest way to get the protection he wants is to become a working member of the royal family again.

Harry might already be itching to return to royal life after his and Meghan’s trip to Nigeria. The source says the trip inspired Harry, who “looked forward to traveling more.” Trips like the ones to Nigeria allow Harry to “meet directly with people…to bring about solutions, support, and positive change.”
