Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are basking in love this Labor Day weekend. The couple has been plagued with engagement rumors lately, and fans have been waiting at the edge of their seats for an answer. However, the pair continues to live their lives as normal.
Gomez and Blanco joined the rest of Hollywood at the Malibu Chili Cook-off event. On Monday, the pair strolled in to watch the four-day competition and looked in love as ever. The lovebirds, who held hands throughout, opted for super casual looks, with the former Disney star wearing a white top over matching white linen pants and half-slippers. Gomez looked like she just rolled out of bed with a pink hairband holding her brunette tresses in place. She donned a mask, so most of her face was covered. Blanco, on the other hand, opted for a pop of color. The music producer had on a green short-sleeved shirt with light grey pants and green slippers. He also had on a face mask and donned a knitted bucket hat.
The famous couple waited in line at the ticket stall and had their belongings searched like everybody else before gaining entry into the venue. Gomez and Blanco’s sighting comes two days after the Only Murders in Building actress intensified the engagement rumors. Last Thursday, Gomez was spotted wearing a gold ring on her left ring finger. Per Page Six, she was photographed with the jewelry while leaving a Subway in Los Angeles.
Selena Gomez Makes Wedding Move On Social Media
Although it hasn’t been up to a year since the lovebirds debuted their romance, the engagement rumor mill hasn’t stopped churning. Unfortunately, Gomez and Blanco do little to dispute the speculations. Such was the case last month when a social media gesture made by the Rare Beauty founder had fans convinced a wedding was in the works.
In late August, the 32-year-old singer caused a ruckus by following CMG Weddings & Events on TikTok. The famous wedding planning agency reportedly caters to major events in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Napa Valley and also handles destination weddings. Their A-list clientele includes Bachelor alumna Teddi Wright. Fans immediately speculated that Gomez was hoping to get some wedding inspiration from the company. Unfortunately, there is no engagement ring or word of confirmation from the couple to back up the conspiracy theories.
