Tanto 22 is a super underrated SMG in Black Ops 6 due to the grind it takes to build the best loadout with it. The gun is perfect, except for its slow-as-turtle fire rate, which you need the Rapid Fire ammo mod for; which ironically, unlocks at level 38. You’ll need to path hours with a headache to reach this attachment, and once you do, you’ll unlock a weapon that can give the C9 and Jackal PDW a mile run for their money.

Tanto 22’s slow fire rate makes Frank Woods throw the wheelchair away and run while screaming. However, that’s all until you get the golden attachment of the game: Rapid Fire. Put this on your Tanto 22, and you can start using this gun and feel like cheating for winning gunfights in any range.
CHF Barrel is what you need next, allowing you to kill the enemies with 2 shots in the head which feels like CS2 sometimes. Also, remember to have the Precision Foregrip for high accuracy and the No Stock attachment for the ultra movement speed.
Now with high damage, accuracy, and mobility, all we need is a suppressor to mask our shots. The Recon perks go smoothly with this weapon by picking Ghost to ignore the enemy UAVs, Forward intel for further expanding your mini-map and showing enemy directions on it, and Cold-Blooded to give the enemy AI-controlled 0 chance for targeting you.
For the Wildcard, we’re going to exclude the Gunfighter and Overkill, as we don’t need more than 5 attachments on our Tanto 22 to build the best SMG loadout with it in Black Ops 6. And since this gun is a jack of all trades on any range, putting another primary weapon in our back pocket isn’t necessary at all.
So Perk Greed it is, and the target 4th perk is the Quartermaster. This piece of magic works like the Resupply in Warzone, allowing your tactical and lethal equipment to recharge over time.
After using this Tanto 22 loadout you might review some of the good old Verdansk flashbacks where you’re slaying with Milano. That dusty SMG also did have a slow fire rate, but its damage and range placed it on top of the ranks for being a perfect sniper support.
