On September 25, the 55-year-old was photographed out and about in L.A. as she continues to make divorce headlines, with The Daily Mail deeming her “relaxed”-looking as she was photographed exiting a vehicle.
Ensuring she displayed her six-pack abs, JLo looked stylish in retro flared jeans and a cropped sweater, and her tan platform boots put a twist on the signature fall Uggs look. Despite choosing a trendy outfit, Lopez was subject to hate in the outlet’s comments, with one fan saying that she “still can’t dress appropriately.” The outing came in the wake of Jen’s headline-making “revenge dress” as she showed plenty of skin on the red carpet following filing for divorce from husband Ben Affleck last month.

Flaunting her world-famous figure as she channeled youthful style, JLo flashed her abs in an asymmetric, loose-fitting gray sweater.
Going cropped as she displayed her toned torso, the “If You Had My Love” hitmaker flashed her trim waist in medium-blue jeans, adding pop from her suede tan platforms and their big rubber soles. Lopez slung a light wicker tote over one shoulder, keeping summer alive via her choice of bag while going traditional in her signature hoop earrings.
Looking determined and in good spirits, the American Idol judge completed her look with a top knot bun, plus shades and a light layer of makeup. Lopez, who is rumored to have stayed over at 52-year-old Affleck’s home since filing for divorce, was photographed solo.
Fans Saying She Can’t ‘Dress Appropriately’
Dragging JLo out, one fan gained over 70 upvotes for replying: “Iโm sorry, but the shoesโฆ???”
“She must have a problem with her height. She wears these incredibly strange-looking platforms,” another said, with a third shaming the mom of two as they gained over 30 upvotes for writing: “She still can’t dress appropriately.”
The majority of negative remarks did seem geared towards JLo’s footwear. While one fan called the singer’s boots the “worst” they’d ever “seen,” another said: “Yeah her boots are awful – always clomping around in a platform.”
“Poor thing is wearing orthopedic shoes” was yet another comment. JLo is still at the forefront of media attention as she and estranged husband Ben navigate their divorce with the help of celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
While Ben has moved on and purchased a $20.5 million bachelor pad, neither he nor Lopez have managed to sell the $68 million mansion they once called home.
