According to In Touch sources, Kate Gosselin spends a lot of time these days, seemingly singing the blues and crying over a life she destroyed. When Kate’s reality television career stopped in 2017, her life drastically changed.
Her dreams of becoming a full-fledged celebrity went up in smoke. Her television appearances became a thing of the past, and money problems have reportedly taken over her life. Her relationship with her children became strained and, for some of her children, non-existent.
She disappeared from the public eye and was forced to sell her 23-acre Pennsylvania estate. The former TLC star now lives alone in a four-bedroom home in Troutman, North Carolina.
Kate Gosselin’s children have all left home. Twins Mady and Cara, now 24, live in NYC. The sextuplets recently turned 20, and the four who remained with Kate are away at college or on their own.
Last May, Kate posted a photo of Alexis, Leah, Aaden, and Joel wishing them a Happy 20th Birthday, captioning the picture, “No more teenagers in this house!” Kate captioned the pic. “Happy 20th birthday, my forever babies! I love you! Who feels old? I know I do!” She failed to mention Hannah and Collin, who moved in years ago with Kate’s ex-Jon.

Kate and Jon’s divorce was nasty, and they battled it out in court for years. For the most part, Kate did everything she could to keep the kids away from Jon, even turning most of them against him.
Her treatment of Jon Gosselin and her children angered her former fans, with many labeling her ” Mommy Dearest.” Finally, after claiming that Collin had behavior problems and was uncontrollable, Kate sent him to Fairmount Behavioral Health Institute, a psychiatric hospital in Philadelphia. Collin remained there until reaching out to his father for help.
Collin and his sister Hannah, who also doesn’t get along with Kate, choose to live with Jon, which makes her furious. Recently, Collin has come forward to tell his story, claiming his mother abused him for years before locking him away. Kate continues to deny all accusations.
Hannah and Collin are reportedly finally happy and building a new life. They have even reached out to make amends with their mother. However, so far, things are not going well.
As for Kate Gosselin, life as she knew it years ago is entirely over for her. The informant states, “Her life is nothing like it once was. She made a lot of money. She was on the cover of magazines, doing talk show appearances.
