Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has quite a reputation from his wild days on the road. Now, at 62, it doesn’t look as if he has changed his ways much at allโat least not, according to his fourth wife, Brittany Furlan. The rocker seems to have kept one of his disgusting habits from his days on the road, and it is giving his fans the ick.
Furlan recently did a guest spot on Kaitlyn Bristoweโs ‘Off the Vine‘ podcast show and shared many intimate details about her marriage to Tommy Lee. Brittany had no issues getting down to the nitty gritty where her husband is concerned. She seemingly went too far with the TMI, revealing Tommy Lee’s most disgusting habit.
Brittany reveals that Tommy is not huge on hygiene. She states that her husband only showers once a week. Sometimes less. This tidbit immediately sent Lee’s fans into a state of ick. However, his wife quickly attempted to clarify the reasoning behind Tommy’s funky side.
Tommy Lee, who was previously married to Pamela Anderson, Heather Locklear, and Elaine Starchuck’s current spouse Brittany Furlan, insists that despite lack of personal hygiene, Lee is ‘very neat‘ and not ‘dirty‘ and blames it on his upbringing.
“He doesn’t shower frequently because he was born in Athens, Greece, whereas per her and Lee โ they do not bathe every day.” Even though he doesn’t shower daily, he does take a ‘bird bath,‘ according to Furlan. This means he hits the pits and bits as needed.
Needless to say, according to the Daily Mail Motley Crue fans found Tommy Lee’s habit more than a little disgusting. “That’s just nasty,” writes one. “He could shower twice daily, and he would still give the ick,” adds another.

Tommy Lee has hundreds of stories from his younger days with bad-boy rockers Motley Crue. However, after Brittany outed her husband’s dirty ways, it reminded fans of a nasty bet between Lee and Sixx during the band’s earlier days.
According to Reddit users, the members of Motley Crue once had a bet to see who could go the longest without showering and not have a groupie bail out of sex. The smelly bet lasted 2 months with nightly groupie sex with up to 4 girls a night. That is until The Spaghetti Incident.
Rock and Roll rumors state that Nikki Sixx was engaged in a sexual act with a groupie and became violently ill on him. It later became known as “The Spaghetti Incidentโ because the unfortunate groupie had eaten pasta beforehand.
Fans continue to joke about the incident, with one stating, “Seems like the bet ended on a technicality. Did said groupie actually bail out, or did Crรผe decide enough was enough?” Either way, it doesn’t make anyone involved in the dirty game look good.
