Within the Tales of Agrabah update, more characters from the Aladdin movie can become your neighbors in your valley. However, you cannot go to Agrabah Realm in Disney Dreamlight Valley and unlock Aladdin, the Magic Carpet, and Jasmine because they are in a windy trouble. As a good princess, Jasmine wanted to improve the quality of life of the citizens of her kingdom with a better plumbing system. Sadly, remnants of an ancient structure, The Windcaller, appeared during the excavations, bringing sandstorms.

Both characters are trapped in Agrabah, so you must go to the Disney castle and look for the door to Aladdin’s Realm. You will find the door with the Magic Lamp on the castle’s top floor, behind the golden statue of Mickey. To unlock this Realm in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must interact with it and pay Merlin 15,000 Dreamlight to run and help Aladdin, Jasmine, and the Magic Carpet.

The Ancient Revealed Quest

Once you enter Agrabah, you should find a way to access the rooftops to reach Jasmine, who is in the Central Market (this is the area with the giant sandstorm).

Find Jasmine:

  1. Go around the market part of Agrabah.
    • Use the wooden structures and interact with planks to get to the rooftops.
    • Use the pickaxe to create collapsing structures and create ramps.
    • Avoid the Dust Devils (small sandstorms).
  2. You will find a door blocked with a board; use the pickaxe to break it.
  3. Enter the central part and talk to Jasmine.
  4. Follow Jasmine to the Artisans’ District (follow the signs with the hammer icon; it has a crafting station). As everything is blocked, you should look for planks to put on the wooden structures and build ramps.

Get the Artisans’ Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade:

Explore the entire market to find chests with artisans’ materials.

  1. Interact with the big barrels to move them.
  2. Once you get all the materials, return with Jasmine.
  3. Create the Artisans’ Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade with x3 Artisans’ Alloy Ingots at the crafting station. Then, use the upgrade from your inventory.
  4. Break the sandstones with your pickaxe to go with Jasmine to the South Alley (follow the signs with the castle icon).
  5. Build more ramps to reach the rooftop and find Aladdin.
    • Some materials are buried, and you must use your shovel.

Brave the Storm Quest

Now that Aladdin is on your team, it’s time to stop the storm, but remember to keep looking for materials.

  1. Aladdin wants to reach the South Market. He will ask you for planks, fine ropes, and timber stacks to make bridges and continue exploring the rooftops.
  2. You’ll know you’ve reached the South Market because it is surrounded by Devil Dusts and you’ll have to break a structure to make a ramp. There is also another crafting station.
  3. Aladdin will give you Rose Water to lessen the foul smell, but he will also ask you for more materials:
    • x3 Something Sticky (Use the Watering Can on the Rotting Fruit)
    • x3 Fine Rope
    • x1 Timber Stack
    • x3 Bolts of Silk
  4. With all the materials, go to the crafting station and create x3 Stall Repair Kits to repair stalls in the South Market.

Monkey Business Quest

Aladdin will give you a protective amulet, and you will need to talk to both of them to find out how to repair it.

  1. Use the ramp you created to get to the South Market (the one next to Jasmine when they talked about the amulet).
  2. Go to the far end of that rooftop, and then to the right, you will see several monkeys. Use your Watering Can again on the fruit to pass.
  3. The monkeys will have the gemstones for the amulet. You should talk to the monkeys and then to Aladdin, but the monkeys will only give you the gemstones in exchange for x3 Golden Bananas (there are Golden Bananas all over Agrabah; some are hidden among sandstones).
  4. Once you have the gemstones, talk to Aladdin to repair the amulet for you. Equip the amulet from your Wardrobe to go through sandstorms or Devil Dusts and get more materials.
  5. With enough materials, you should talk to Aladdin again.

Breaking Through Quest

Aladdin found an Ancient Tome that would help stop the giant sandstorm.

  1. Go to Aladdin to see Jasmine and give her the Ancient Tome. Then, talk to Aladdin.
  2. Go to the entrance of the Realm, the desert. There, you will have to find the pieces of the Alchemy Table to fix it:
  3. Alchemical Cauldron
  4. Alchemy Base
  5. Alchemy Table Crucible
  6. Return to the Artisans’ District and repair the Alchemy Table (the two “golden cauldrons” next to Aladdin).
  7. The Alchemy Table will need fuel, so look for:
    • x2 Fuel Bottle (Search on the stalls of Central Market)
    • x2 Charcoal (Look for it at the fire pits)
  8. Talk to Aladdin and then to Jasmine. Jasmine will have already translated the Ancient Tome and will ask you to search:
    • x18 Golden Shards (They appear when you break sandstone).
    • x1 Lamp Mold (It’s buried to the left of the Artisans’ District stone stairs)
  9. Create the Gold Lamp in the crafting station and talk to Jasmine.

Wish Magic Quest

Talk to Aladdin about his three wishes because you must find the Remnant of each one.

  1. First Wish
Fish in all the circles in the lava oasis in the desert.
  2. Second Wish
After talking to Jasmine, you must search for fresh water.
    1. You should craft Fountain Pipes with x40 Gold Shards and x3 Quicksand Mud.
    2. Go to the fancy fountain and put the Fountain Pipes next to Jasmine.
    3. Touch the circles on the ground to complete the plumbing network.

3. Third Wish
Talk to Jasmine about the genie, and then look in a high place for the Genie’s Sparkles. (Go to the rooftop in front of the castle, where you meet Aladdin, and you will see some black-and-white sparkles.)

4. Assemble the three Remnant wishes on the Alchemy Table in the Artisans’ District. This will create the Lamp Enchantment.

5. Return to the Central Market and give Jasmine the Lamp Enchantment and the Gold Lamp. You will then absorb the sandstorms with the Lamp and liberate the Magic Carpet.

Carpet Diem Quest

Get on the Magic Carpet in your last challenge to end the threat of the Windcaller. You will use everything you learned during the previous missions:

  1. Once at the Windcaller, the Red Crystal will be right there; just break it with your pickaxe.
  2. Build a bridge to keep moving forward, then go to the left of the lava puddle and destroy the Yellow Crystal.
    1. Go back to the lava puddle and use your Fishing Rod to catch a plank. Then, break the structure in front of you to make a ramp. You will see a monkey; give him Golden Bananas to get a plank. Continue to the left and interact with the floating plank to reach the Blue Crystal and destroy it.
  3. Destroy the sandstone and move the barrel behind it. Keep breaking the sandstones and make a bridge with the monkey’s plank. This will take you next to the Green Crystal to destroy it.
  4. Finally, the sand nightmare is over; now, you only have to talk to Jasmine.

After all these quests, you have finally unlocked Jasmine and Aladdin; you just need to return to your valley and place their house in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Scrooge McDuck will charge you 20,000 Coins to build your new neighbor’s house; Jasmine will appear in the Plaza after paying. Then you must make a tedious journey back to Aladdin in his Realm and then back to your Plaza for him to finally arrive in your valley. But with one last chat with Aladdin, you will also unlock the Magic Carpet as a Companion in Disney Dreamlight Valley; just equip it from Wardrobe in the Companions tab.
