Kim Kardashian is no stranger to a courtroom. However, this time could be a little more intimidating as the mother-of-four is testifying in an upcoming criminal case. The case actually has a lot to do with Kardashian, as it is the criminals that robbed her in Paris back in 2016. Kim was allegedly tied up and locked in a bathroom while they stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry from the reality star. According to her lawyer, anyway.
Reports from ABC News confirm that there will be 10 suspects in total being accused of armed robbery and kidnapping. All 10 will be taking place in this upcoming trial in Paris, France. The trial will last from April 28th to May 23rd. This Paris robbery took place in October of 2016 in a French apartment complex. Kim Kardashian was staying there because it was Paris Fashion Week. Although what should have been a fun time in a pretty country turned out to be one of Kim’s worst nightmares. The SKIMS founder has opened up regarding the situation before. It was undoubtedly a scary moment for the celebrity. However, it was so long ago that many have forgotten the incident. A social media comment on X confirms this with a comment reading, “I totally forgot that happened.”

“We can confirm that Ms. Kardashian will be testifying in person at the upcoming French criminal trial involving the 2016 incident in which she was bound and robbed at gunpoint by a number of masked assailants,” lawyer Michael Rhodes said in their statement.
Kim Kardashian will have to recall her traumatizing time in Paris that year in order to put these criminals away for a long time. However, that could be hard for the reality star. To recall such a scary moment like being robbed at gunpoint could bring up a lot of old emotions for Kim. Although it will have to be done to make sure these people see justice and the consequences for their actions. Even if Kim is still scared or upset, this has to be done.
It has been a very bumpy ride lately for Kim Kardashian. Kanye West is going crazy online, her love life seems to not be going the way Kim intended, and now she has to go testify in Paris. On top of all that, Kim has also effectively been left as a single mother. Although she has the money and help that not many have, it’s sure to still be a challenge. The Paris robbery may have left a scar or two on Kim. Although, Kim can hopefully stand tall and send these criminals off in the name of justice once and for all.
