At some point, most people will encounter a group of disrespectful teens, but it’s hard to predict just how bold or reckless they might be. Unfortunately for one Florida car owner, that surprise came in the worst way. While he was inside what appeared to be a restaurant or café, a large group of teens turned his parked car into a personal stage. Several of them climbed on top of the vehicle and stood there, while others gathered around, making a spectacle of the scene. Eyewitnesses estimated the crowd to be more than 30 individuals.
Once the car owner noticed what was happening, he went outside and started yelling, “Get the f**k off.” Thankfully, the Florida teens decided to do what he asked them to do. This could have ended terribly if the group of kids were violent. With their number, it would have been easy for them to attack the innocent man. After they got out of the car, they started hearing a police siren, and immediately, all of them started running in different directions. About three police cars were pulling up to the scene, and you can see the car owner talking to one of the officers, probably describing what had just taken place. He is lucky that nothing worse happened.
People Reacting to the Defiant Florida Teens’ Actions
It turns out that the locals weren’t exactly surprised by the Florida teens’ behavior. It seems that this area always has trouble due to teens. According to someone, this has been going on for years, as they said, “This has happened 2 or 3 times a year since the 90s. Its honestly time to start punishing their parents.” I mean, if punishing the kids isn’t working maybe it’s time to try something else. On the other hand, someone tried to defend the kids by saying, “We have no idea what’s happening, let’s not assume we know people.” Let’s just say that no one agreed with that person. There is no reason that would explain why these kids decided to stand on top of a stranger’s car.
Some people tried being sarcastic about what the Florida teenagers did. “At least they are playing outside, with friends not isolating in front of a screen at home in their room (kidding sort of),” one person wrote. This made OP reply by saying, “Staying at home would have been preferable.” I can agree with that. Another sarcastic comment was one saying, “Nothing to see here folks, just a bunch of kids wearing all black and sheisty’s damaging property and running from cops. Just kids being kids. /s.” When comments became serious again, one Redditor also blamed the parents. “I 100 percent blame the parents… At this point I can say this generation was not taught anything,” they wrote. If you can’t control your kids then that’s on you.
