A costumed character at Disneyland in California has gone viral after a TikTok video captured the beloved Miguel from Coco taking a nasty tumble following a meet and greet. The clip, which quickly racked up thousands of views, shows the character tripping over a rock and faceplanting onto the pavement.

In the video, the fall looks rough, with Miguel struggling to get up right away. Surprisingly, no one immediately rushed over to help, except for one person who eventually came to his aid. The cast member’s current status is unclear, leaving fans concerned about whether they were injured in the accident.

Despite the serious spill, the internet couldn’t resist cracking jokes. TikTok’s comment section lit up with references to Coco, turning the moment into instant meme material. “Bro almost saw Mama Coco again!” one user joked, while another wrote, “That was Ernesto De La Cruz that pushed him!!!! LOL.”

Others poked fun at the character’s resilience: “He never stopped smiling tho,” one commenter noted, while another quipped, “He took Remember Me to a different level.” One popular reply summed up the viral energy best, “He needed to ‘remember’ where that rock was. lol” As one fan admitted, “People in the comments have me weak af.”

Not all the comments were laughs, however. Many TikTok users expressed real worry for the performer inside the costume, fearing the fall may have caused actual injury. “That’s embarrassing. That would be my last day. And I don’t mean at Disneyland,” one person sympathized. Another wrote, “Oh my gosh…that looks like it hurt. I hope Miguel and friend are okay!”

Others echoed the concern, saying, “No because I think they really hurt themselves,” and “Oh gosh that actually looks like he got hurt. I hope he’s ok.” While Disney has not yet commented on the incident, fans are hoping Miguel is okay, and that he’ll be back to strumming his guitar and charming crowds in no time.
