It’s understandable that people want to have fun from time to time, but there needs to be limits. When your idea of fun involves bothering or disrupting others, that’s where the line should be drawn.
A reckless group in California recently took things too far. In a video filmed by someone on their way to work at Target, a white car is seen surrounded by the group. It’s unclear what led up to the incident, or if the driver was specifically targeted; they may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Regardless, the group wasn’t just blocking the car’s path; two people were even seen twerking on the roof.
It looked like a man and a woman were doing the twerking, but the former quickly got off before the driver started driving. The woman, on the other hand, kept twerking on top of the moving car. It doesn’t come as a surprise that she fell to the ground just as the car started moving. She probably realized that she messed up because she tried to hold onto something, but it was too late. The video shows her on the ground while her friends, for some reason, start chasing the car. I certainly believe that the driver had the right to drive away. I mean, one of the group even attempted to open the driver’s car door right before they drove away. This isn’t the right way to have fun. You are just endangering yourself and others.
People Reacting to the Reckless California Woman
Of course, many believed that the California woman wasn’t just reckless but also idiotic. Why would anyone do that? This made someone write, “She deserved that.” Since the woman fell on the ground, one person made it clear that it doesn’t matter whether she was okay or not. “Honestly, who cares if they’re ok? If you climb on a car in traffic to shake your ass, whatever happens to you after that is on you,” they wrote. Now, that’s a good point. Another person believed that this should happen to more reckless people, as they said, “More people need to be faced with the immediate consequences of their actions.” If that happened then we probably won’t come across such videos again. Someone else believed that the California group behaved this way for TikTok as they wrote, “TikTok is a helluva drug.”
Some people sympathized with the driver for having to deal with this. Several of them noticed how the group opened one of the car’s doors, which is enough to scare anyone. “FedEx rule: Once you go for the vehicle doors, all bets are off. Your safety is secondary. Driver can do whatever they need to get away to avoid personal injury,” one person shared. Someone else said, “Really feel for the driver here. Talk about something that’d ruin your day.” Well, the driver is definitely not in the wrong. One Redditor also wrote, “Embarrassing af.” These kinds of comments made several people mock the dancer, as one comment read, “That tailbone will never twerk again.” Let’s just hope that they learned a lesson on that day.
