Priscilla Presley, the former wife of music icon Elvis Presley, is back in the news headlines as she faces more legal drama. Past events have cast a shadow over the Presley legacy. However, as tensions surrounding her late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, have reignited public scrutiny, Priscilla finds herself forced to defend her family loyalty.
The tragic loss of Lisa Marie Presley following cardiac arrest has left a family already accustomed to Hollywood drama grappling with questions about decisions made in her final hours. Once again, Priscilla Presley finds herself at the center of a legal storm.

Radar Online reports that Priscilla’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have filed a $50 million countersuit, claiming Priscilla refused to pay them. But, wait, it gets worse. They also are alleging she “pulled the plug” on Lisa Marie Presley’s life support very early on as part of a struggle for control over the Presley family finances.
Recent court filings suggest Priscilla knew that just weeks before her death, Lisa Marie had begun taking steps to remove her mother as the sole trustee of her irrevocable life insurance trust. She was ready to act to regain authority. Despite the shocking claims, Priscilla’s legal team insists the accusations are false and moves to have the case dismissed.
Priscilla’s attorney, Marty Singer, responded to the lawsuit and claims, stating that “nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman.”
Priscilla Presley Faces New Horrific Accusations, Legal Battles Emerge Concerning Lisa Marie
Priscilla Presley is no rookie when it comes to wild lawsuits. Her most legal dispute was with Kruse and Fialko, having previously accused them of elder abuse and financial fraud. According to her court documents, her former business partners tricked her into signing over a huge portion of her earnings, amounting to more than $1 million, according to Priscilla.
The Presley family saga extends beyond this lawsuit. Following Lisa Marie Presley’s death, Priscilla battled with her granddaughter Riley Keough over Lisa’s $35 million estate. The nasty dispute was resolved. However, only after Keough agreed to a payoff did she pay Grandma Priscilla a $1 million lump sum.

In return, Riley Keough took over and solely manages Lisa Marie Presley’s estate. As well as the sub-trusts for Lisa Marie’s twin daughters, Harper and Finley Lockwood. She ensures her sisters are financially provided for and that the funds are used in their best interest.
It looks like the new lawsuit could turn quite ugly, especially if Priscilla Presley is found guilty of the horrific and sad allegations made regarding her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s final moments.
