Dua Lipa went viral ahead of the weekend as she delivered some pro-level yoga moves while out in Ibiza, Spain. The singer, 29, showed off her muscle machine of a body while in a two-piece last week, engaging in a stretchy yoga session while on a paddleboard.
Photos of the Grammy winner circulated the internet within hours, with users appearing to have mixed opinions. Many praised Dua for her super-fit body and flexibility, but others thought that the photos were invasive and promoted unhealthy fixations on how people look. Dua had one fan saying that enough was enough as they stated that photos like these only encourage the “constant commenting on women’s bodies.” Dua’s photos come amid a wave of swimwear snaps on Instagram, mostly coming as a countdown to her 30th birthday later this month.

Soaking up the sun while in a glitter two-piece, Dua balanced her entire body weight on her head and forearms in one photo, lifting her legs straight in the air for a headstand pose.
The songstress, who has already been partying hard ahead of her birthday, also stretched her lower limbs and back during a Downward Dog pose, with other images showing her stretching her body on the paddleboard. Dua spent the day with fiancรฉ Callum Turner, plus a crowd of friends.
The photos, shared by Backgrid, quickly attracted comments. While some fans commented on the double-effect bathing suit Dua was rocking, others noted the focus on her being photographed in a skimpy look.

Dua is a fan of yoga and HIIT. She also gets her heart rate up with those state dance moves as she continues her Future Nostalgia tour. Dua has been on tour since 2023, although she has enjoyed plenty of downtime. In July, the “New Rules” star jetted out for vacations in Spain and Italy. Now she’s back in the former country as she gets ready to hit 30.
