EA already holds court with Origin Access, a subscription service that allows gamers to play trials of upcoming games as well as a backlog of games called “The Vault.” It also gives a 10 percent discount on any purchase from Origin. However, they are looking to up their game with the announcement of Origin Access Premiere, which will give players access to all new PC games. This will include this year’s upcoming Madden NFL title, which is returning to PC after over a decade away. Check out the trailer for Origin Access Premiere, announced at E3 2018, below:

Besides sports titles like the returning Madden NFL and Fifa 19, Origin Access Premiere will also allow gamers to hit titles like Battlefield V and Anthem. Unlike the Origin Access subscription that is currently offered, Origin Access Premiere will not be limited to a short playthrough or before release trial; subscribers have full access to these games.

Remember how streaming movies was great when there was only Netflix? Watch out for something similar on the way with video games.

Origin Access Premiere will cost $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Stay tuned to The Nerd Stash for more information on the program, and more from E3 2018.
