There are several ways to get your hands on hard-to-obtain Pals. The first one that comes to mind is Breeding and the second one is Black Marketeer. That’s right, there is an NPC called Black Marketeer in Palworld and you can buy or sell Pals illegally from him. You do this in exchange for Gold, and if you have a good source of Gold, you can get extremely rare and good Pals.
1. Windswept Hills Black Marketeer
You can find the Windswept Hills Black Marketeer in Abandoned Mineshaft. This Black Marketeer is the earliest Black Market NPC you can access. You can find the entrance to the Abandoned Mineshaft under the big mountain.
2. Hillside Dungeon Black Marketeer
The second Black Marketeer is also located in the Windswept Hills region. Head down from the Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings Fast Travel point and see Hillside Cavern. Very close to the entrance of this cave, you will find this Black Market NPC.
3. Bamboo Groves Black Marketeer
The next Black Marketeer in Palworld is located in the Bamboo Groves region. From the Sealed Realm of the Winged Tyrant Fast Travel point, land under the bridge and you will see the entrance to the Cove Mineshaft. Follow the tunnel, and you will find the Black Marketeer.
4. Moonless Shore Black Marketeer
Teleport to Mount Flopie Summit Fast Travel point at Moonless Shore region and head towards Twilight Dunes. After a bit you will see some crevices in the ground, go down these crevices, and near the waterfall, you can see the Black Marketeer NPC.
5. Verdant Brook Waterfall Black Marketeer
The closest Fast Travel point you can teleport to reach the location of the Verdant Brook Waterfall Black Marketeer is the Sealed Realm of the Swift or Mossanda Forest in Palworld. Once you reach one of these points, you can find the Black Marketeer near the waterfall at the bottom of the Frostbound Mountains.
6. Verdant Brook Cliff Black Marketeer
There is no Fast Travel point near this Black Market NPC. Therefore, it would be very wise to prefer a flying Pal to get here. This point is located at the very back of Verdant Brook, between the Dessicated Desert and the Astral Mountains. When you look at the map you will see a rock reaching towards the sea, you can find this NPC at the end of that rock.
7. Astral Mountains Black Marketeer
You can find the next Black Marketeer in the green part of the Astral Mountains. Teleport to the Icy Weasel Hill Fast Travel point and follow the path upwards and you will see the NPC at the end of the path.
8. Duneshelter Settlement Black Marketeer
You can find this Black Marketeer just outside of the Duneshelter Settlement in the Dessicated Desert region.
9. Dessicated Desert Secret Mineshaft Black Marketeer
This Black Marketeer is located under the mountains opposite Duneshelter Settlement. Go under this huge mountain and you will see the entrance to the Secret Mineshaft. Follow the tunnel and you will find the NPC.
10. Mount Obsidian Desert Black Marketeer
This Black Market NPC is located on the far left side of the desert zone at the bottom of Mount Obsidian region in Palworld.
11. Mount Obsidian Ruined Fortress Black Marketeer
You can find the Ruined Fortress Black Marketeer in the green area at the top of Mount Obsidian region. It is located in a ruin just beside the river.
