  • Best Tips to Loot Safes

Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 2 arrived with many new quests, skins, items, and more. However, if you want to level up quickly, some strategies are super helpful, especially acquiring more Gold Bars at the early stage of the game. Safes in Fortnite are one of the best ways to get many Bars in one location. But this time, Safe is rarely found on the Fortnite map. So, where can you find them? Let’s check out.

There are only five Safes on the Fortnite map for this season. They are inside the buildings near the Snooty Steppes. The above map shows all the buildings with Safes. Since Safes are not often found on the map, most of the time, this area is usually saturated with players. So, you might get easily killed while you are looking for Safes. I suggest landing in this location when the Battle Bus Route is far away. I glided there almost until the first Storm Cycle started, but it was worth the effort since no other players were there.

The Safes are scattered inside five main buildings, and all of them are in the basement. Land near one of the seaside buildings since two buildings near the seaside contain two Safes inside each one. Then there is another one inside the building near the road, and the final two Safes are inside the main buildings to the north.

Best Tips to Loot Safes

  1. Loot them Quickly: One thing you need to remember when you land on Snooty Steppes is that the area will be covered with the first few Storm Cycles. So, you need to loot those Bars quickly and get out of the location. There was one match I could survive until the last few Storm Cycles waiting in there since the area wasn’t caught up with the storm. But since the location is near the seaside, I think this incident is rare.
  2. Hire the Bravo Leader: The other advantage of landing on Snooty Steppes is the NPC. Bravo Leader is located there, and you can hire him. I could quickly loot around three Safes in a few matches and hire him. It gives you a good advantage if you can survive until the last few players.

As mentioned earlier, Safes are rare in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, unlike in previous seasons. But if you play strategically, finding them is not very difficult. Also, I could survive until the last ten players in most matches when I got the advantage of spending Bars I collected at the Snooty Steppes.
