Every class in Diablo 4 has their own pieces of unique gear that are, well, unique to them. Sure there are some that you can use for any class, but the class-specific ones are a bit harder to find. Since the Vessel of Hatred expansion released, along with the Spiritborn class, there are quite a few new Unique items that can potentially drop, along with one special Mythic Unique. Let’s take a look at all of them and what they do.

Unique Items

  • Harmony of Ebewaka
    • Unique Helm
      • +47-65 All Stats
      • +80-12.5% Movement Speed
      • +8-10%Damage Reduction
      • +4 to Velocity
      • According to your secondary Spirit Hall choice, your Skills are all additionally Jaguar, Eagle, Gorilla, or Centipede Skills.
      • Your Skills deal 10-30% increased damage per Spirit type they have.
  • Loyalty’s Mantle
    • Unique Helm
      • +47-65 All Stats
      • +8-12.5% Movement Speed
      • +8-10% Damage deduction
      • +4 to Velocity
      • While your Spirit Hall choices match:
        • Their bonuses are 100% more potent.
        • Skills of their Base Spirit gain20-60 % Vigor Cost Reduction.
        • Skills of their Base Spirit gain 20-60% Cooldown Reduction.
  • Jacinth Shell
    • Unique Chest Armor
      • +424-457 Maximum Life
      • +14-23 Life on Hit
      • %13.5-22.5 Damage Reduction while Injured
      • +4 to Endurance
      • Spending Vigor Heals you for 1-10% of your Maximum Life
      • Every second, your active Cooldown each drain 10% Maximum Life from you to reduce their durations by 3 seconds.
  • Craze of the Dead God
    • Unique Gloves
      • +7-8% Critical Strike Chance
      • +4 to Touch of Death
      • +1-2 to Nourishment
      • +1-2 to Antivenom
      • When you would take direct damage, it is instead distributed as Poisoning over the next 10 seconds but increased by30-0 %.
      • Lucky Hit: Direct damage has up to a 25% chance based on your Poisoned Life percentage to infect an enemy with Touch of Death.
  • Protection of the Prime
    • Unique Pants
      • +424-457 Maximum Life
      • +219-300% Damage for 4 seconds after Dodging an Attack
      • 13-17.5% Damage Reduction while Standing Still
      • +3 to Defensive Skills
      • While moving, you gain 10-30% Dodge Chance.
      • After standing still for 2 seconds, you become Unstoppable until you move.
  • Scorn of the Earth
    • Unique Boots
      • +2 Maximum Evade Charges
      • Attack Reduce Evade’s Cooldown by 0.5 seconds
      • +17.5-23% Movement Speed
      • Soar deals up to +203-275% Damage based on Distance Traveled
      • Soar grants 15.5-20% Maximum Life as Barrier for 1.5 seconds
      • +4 to Soar
      • Your Evade is now Soar.
      • Soar deals 10-50% increased damage.
  • Wound Drinker
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Poison Resistance
      • +130 Armor
      • +268-373 Thorns
      • +88-115% Damage to Poisoned Enemies
      • 7-9% Damage Reduction from Poisoned Enemies
      • +4 to Toxic Skin
      • Every time you deal Thorns damage, you gain 1-7 Vigor.
      • Gain Toxic Skin’s Passive Effect.
  • Ring of Writhing Moon
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Lightning Resistance
      • +37.5% Poison Resistance
      • +7-8% Critical Strike Chance
      • +17.5-23% Movement Speed
      • Lucky Hit: Up to a +43.3-47.2% Chance to make enemies Vulnerable for 2 seconds
      • +4 to Unrestrained Power
      • A Pestilent Swarm spawns from you every 10 seconds, dealing 228-423 Poison damage per hit.
      • Your Pestilent Swarms now orbit around you and generate 1 Vigor per second.
  • Band of the First Breath
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Lightning Resistance
      • +130 Armor
      • +8-10% Maximum Life
      • +98-125% Damage for 4 seconds after gaining Resolve
      • +8-12.5% Lucky Hit Chance while you have a Barrier
      • +4 to Auspicious
      • Casting Evade consumes 1 stack of Resolve to generate 20-40 Vigor
      • Gain Armored Hide’s Passive Effect.
  • Peacemonger’s Signet
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Fire Resistance
      • +130 Armor
      • %5-6 Dodge Chance
      • +3-4 All Stats per Ferocity or Resolve stack
      • +1-2 to Fueled
      • +3 to Perseverance
      • While you have at least 4 stacks Ferocity, you gain # Vigor per second.
      • Gaining Ferocity also grants Resolve.
  • Ring of the Midday Hunt
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Fire Resistance
      • +37.5% Poison Resistance
      • +14-23 Life on Kill
      • +10.5-15% Attack Speed
      • +17.5-23% Movement Speed for 2 seconds after killing an enemy
      • +4 to Nourishment
      • Your Maximum Vigor is increased by 50%% and killing an enemy grants you 1-7 Vigor.
      • While you have Ferocity, your Poisoning effects deal their damage across 33% of the normal duration.
  • Ring of the Midnight Sun
    • Unique Ring
      • +37.5% Fire Resistance
      • +37.5% Lightning Resistance
      • +107-121 Dexterity
      • +40-50% Critical Strike Damage
      • 8.1-8.8% Cooldown Reduction
      • +4 to Mirage
      • When you critically Strike, you regain 20-50% of the Vigor you’ve spent in the last 2 seconds.
      • Gain Counterattack’s Passive Effect.
  • Wushe Nak Pa
    • Unique Glaive
      • Attacks reduce Ultimate Cooldown by 0.4 seconds
      • +160-185 Dexterity
      • +227-290% Ultimate Damage
      • Casting Ultimate Skills restores +40-52 Primary Resources
      • +4 to Supremacy
      • Casting an Ultimate Skill grants or amplifies its matching Primary Spirit Hall Bonuses with 50-100% potency for 15 seconds.
      • Your Ultimate Skills each gains an additional Skill Type:
        • The Seeker is a Focus Skill
        • The Hunter is a Mobility Skill
        • The Devourer is a Potency Skill
        • The Protector is a Defensive Skill
  • Sepazontec
    • Unique Quarterstaff
      • 45% Block Chance
      • +214-244 Dexterity
      • +4-6% Basic Lucky Hit Chance
      • +26-35% Chance for Basic Skills to deal Double Damage
      • +6 to Follow Through
      • Your Basic Skills deal 50-100% increased damage and always use their 3rd attack.
      • Every 3rd cast of a Basic skill strikes three times.
  • Rod of Kepeleke
    • Unique Quarterstaff
      • 45% Block Chance
      • +12-24 Maximum Resource
      • +80-100% Critical Strike Damage
      • +26-35% Chance for Core skills to hit twice
      • +5 to Velocity
      • Your Core skills are now additionally Basic skills and free to cast, but deal up to 30% reduced damage based on their Vigor cost.
      • When case at Maximum Vigor, your Core skilled consume all Vigor to return to full damage, cast at the largest size, and become guaranteed Critical Strikes with 1-3% increased Critical Strike Damage for each point of Vigor spent this way.

Mythic Unique Items

  • Nesekem, the Herald
    • Mythic Unique Glaive
      • +400% Damage to Elites
      • +200 All Stats
      • +695 Maximum Life
      • +250% Critical Strike Damage
      • +450% Overpower Damage
      • Every 5 seconds, you randomly mark a nearby enemy. Marked enemies are Vulnerable and your attacks against them are guaranteed to Critically Strike and Overpower.
      • Hitting a marked enemy 10 times clears the mark from them.
