Ben Affleck was photographed looking a bit stressed this week. Paparazzi spotted the actor as he was seen puffing on a cigarette in his car in Los Angeles on Thursday. Affleck sat in his lavish $120,000 BMW i7 as he sat in the parked vehicle. Some fans believe that the Argo director looks to be more stressed than usual amid his divorce from Jennifer Lopez. However, he’s staying quiet on the situation.
According to The Daily Mail, Ben Affleck was enveloped in a cloud of smoke as he looked to take a cigarette break in his car this week. The star appeared to be deep in thought as he continues to navigate his split with Jennifer Lopez. The two are said to be trying to work out the details of their divorce after opting not to have a prenup.

Ben and JLo‘s love story is one for the books. The couple first got together in the early 2000’s. Their relationship was plastered all over the tabloids. After they ended their engagement, they moved on to get married have families. However, nearly 20 years later, they reconnected. The couple tied the knot in 2022. However, just two years later, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck.
The pair are now using famed divorce lawyer Laura Wasser to mediate their split. One major obstacle they’re facing is the sale of their $68 million Beverly Hills mansion. The negotiations may be one reason why Affleck appears to be stressed.
Of course, fans had plenty of opinions about Ben’s latest outing.
“Straining over how to divorce JLo. She reportedly demands 80 million dollars from him plus a share of all the FUTURE earnings of his and Matt’s production company, so he’ll never get rid of her,” one person commented.
“Affleck quit drinking to save his life and next he needs to quit smoking. It’s all fun and games in your youth but aging with lung or other cancers is not worth it. He seems like a nervous wreck all the time,” another said.
