Yuki, after being a shut-in, experiences many changes due to Itsuomi’s abroad experiences and this makes way for some romantic and wholesome situations.

Imagine being so in love with Magical Girls that you become their nemesis. Yes, you read that right. Hiiragi Utena, the biggest fan of Magical Girls, learns she has dormant powers and is eager to become one of the heroines; sadly, those powers make her the bad one. The premise of this show makes it really entertaining, and fan service aside, this anime looks like a fun one to watch without taking it too seriously.

7. The Witch and the Beast

Like any other anime season, Winter 2024 brings another supernatural/monster-hunting show that’s easily one of the best from the upcoming slate. The Witch and the Beast follow Ashaf and Guideau, a man who carries a coffin and a feral girl. These two work as mercenaries and travel from one town to another, looking to solve anything related to witches or other magical shenanigans. 6. Mashle Second Season

One Punch Man versus Harry Potter is back, which sounds like a weird comparison, but it is exactly that. A main character so pumped he can break iron but use no magic. After a fantastic first season, Mash and the gang are back as the protagonist tries to become the Divine Visionary, and the others try to survive in a school that is basically Hogwarts without any safety regulations. The last season ended on a fantastic cliffhanger, so we can’t wait to see what’s in store for this one.

5. Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- Season 2

If you didn’t know, this anime is the equivalent of being called Maidenless in Elden Ring. After our protagonist gets transported to a fantasy world, the Goddess abandons him because he isn’t handsome enough. Still, he never wavers and fights some of the world’s toughest opponents, proving he can be a hero despite his looks. It’s uncertain what volumes of the source material the second season will adapt, but we can expect plenty of fun and action-packed moments.

4. Chained Soldier

Imagine a world where only women have magical powers with destructive capabilities. Now, imagine becoming a slave to these beautiful ladies because your power enhances their skills. Yep, that’s what Chained Soldier is about in a nutshell. Yuuki becomes the salve of the Chief of the Anti-Demon Corps and forces him to fight to help them. While this may sound like a bad deal, the protagonist doesn’t mind being surrounded by beautiful dominant ladies, and neither do we.

3. Classroom of the Elite Season 3

It’s time, people! One of the best anime of the Winter 2024 season is coming, and it’s the third season of Classroom of the Elite. The best students in the world have made it to this school as they plan to become the country’s leaders or more. However, our protagonist, Ayanokouji, has other plans. In the last season, we got to see the dark side of the main character as he manipulated, lied, and beat the ever-living knowledge out of other students. With each episode getting better, we can only hope to get to the good stuff of the source material when the show airs.

2. Metallic Rouge

If you want some Cyberpunk or Bladerunner vibes in anime, you’ll get them with Metallic Rouge. This show follows Rouge, an android, who travels with her partner Naomi to Mars on a mission to exterminate people who are a threat to the government. What made this show reach a high spot on our list is its meticulous art style, smooth animation, and some of the best character designs we’ve seen. Plus, the music of the latest previews is already a banger we can’t stop humming.
