Beyonce’s Father Labeled ‘Nuts’ After Erasing Her From Viral Photo With Kamala Harris

Matthew Knowles’ attempt at endorsing Kamala Harris has fans thinking he is shading his famous daughter, Beyonce. Earlier today, the patriarch took to X to show his support for the vice president while urging his followers to vote. He uploaded a photo of him, Harris, and a third party posing backstage at the Houston Rally where his daughter spoke. 

“Let your vote do the talking! Voting is important as it empowers us all to influence decisions that affect our lives,” Mr Knowles wrote in the caption. “It ensures that our voices are heard in the democratic process.” However, many ignored the important message and turned it into a spectacle after noticing something. Beyonce was in the background of the photo, looking radiant and sharing a laugh with Kelly Rowland. Immediately, members of the Beyhive filled the comments section with remarks, gushing over their idol.

The talent executive seemed displeased with the distraction. He then deleted his post and reposted it. This time, however, the Halo singer neatly cropped out. Obviously, fans immediately noticed the difference and wasted no time pointing it out. “Cutting your own daughter is wild,” remarked one fan. “MATHEWWWWWWWWW!!! Why did you cut Beyoncé out of the photo??” another hilarious comment read.

“The hive was like ‘face card,’ and he said this is about the election, not my daughter,” an understanding fan explained.

However, some fans didn’t find the humor in the situation and slammed Knowles for not wanting to share the spotlight with Bey. “He’s still mad he got fired. Sir, get over it,” one fan urged. Another wrote, “Matthew is nuts.”

Despite the drama fans are trying to cook up, Knowles proudly praised Beyonce and Rowland when they showed their support at Harris’s rally. “Beyoncé and Kelly, I am so proud of you both,” he wrote of the moment. “Sharing and inspiring the whole country from Houston, where all of it started, was a full circle moment for all of us. Thank you for continuing to use your voices to uplift and unite.”

At the campaign, the Single Ladies songstress spoke passionately about women’s rights, something that is at the forefront of Harris’ campaign. “I’m not here as a celebrity,” she told the crowd in Houston. I’m here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we’re not divided.”
