Billy Ray Cyrus Begs for Restraining Order Against Wife Firerose Amid Shocking Allegations: “No One Approved of the Marriage”

Billy Ray Cyrus is currently going through what appears to be a nasty split from his wife, Firerose. The former Hannah Montana star filed to end the marriage last month. Court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly reveal that Billy Ray Cyrus cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for his split with Firerose. However, he also accused his wife of less than a year of “inappropriate marital conduct.” In addition, Cyrus has asked the court to order his spouse to stop using his credit cards without authorization. He claims that the pair had no joint accounts or credit cards together during their marriage. He now wants Firerose to reimburse him for the money she spent without his permission.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose Divorce Drama Heats Up

Firerose allegedly spent tens of thousands of dollars of Cyrus’s money using his credit cards. The charges included flights, Venmo payments, $10,000 to the United States Treasury, and $50,000 to a law firm.

Per their split, Cyrus agreed to pay $5,000 a month to Firerose until their divorce was finalized. For her part, Firerose reportedly agreed to move out of the couple’s joint home. However, things appear to be getting very messy between them.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly reports that Billy Ray Cyrus accused Firerose of cheating before their split. Sources tell the outlet that the couple’s relationship was volatile and that members of his family, including daughter Miley Cyrus, weren’t on board with the marriage.

“Billy and Firerose were always fighting and the relationship was intense and toxic at times,” the insider shares. “Billy accused Firerose of cheating and it was the final straw for him,” the informant dished. “Miley, Noah, and their siblings never understood the relationship and why Billy married her so abruptly. No one approved of the marriage.”

Billy Ray Cyrus has not spoken publicly about his split with Firerose. However, Miley Cyrus is said to be happy about the marriage coming to an end. She now believes there will be some added peace to the family amid their rumored feuds and bad blood.
