Britney Spears was in the mood to make her workout fun as she delivered an impressive handstand from her home gym in her September 2017 Instagram share. The pop star, 42, reminded her followers of her fit physique while stretching her legs out and using only her arms and a nearby wall for support, and she’s made sure to keep the video live.
Posting in the early days of her relationship with then-boyfriend and now ex-husband Sam Asghari, Britney gave a nod to Sam’s personal trainer line of work, showing she’d learned a thing or two and even throwing in a gymnast vibe. Fans have viewed the “Toxic” singer’s video over 3 million times.

Delivering her moves from a gym and backed by a huge wall mirror reflecting a row of cardio machines, Britney stunned her fans as she flipped her legs up onto the wall while rocking her signature short shorts.
Showing off her strong legs and toned waistline, the music star opted for tiny gray shorts paired with a hot pink tank top that flaunted her sculpted arms and shoulders. Going barefoot, Britney even pointed her feet as she stretched her whole body out, keeping steady and eventually folding her legs after having raised them.

Rocking a bun hairdo, and largely hiding her face, Spears also featured her adorable dog, seen trotting freely around the gym.
In a caption, the mom of two wrote: “Life is actually better upside down.” Fans quickly commented. “Please train me,” one replied. “Going back through your old content.. wow… Great form,” another said. Britney is known for putting her health and wellness first, often sharing workout content and with past social media posts showing off her love of yoga.
Earlier this year, Britney opened up about her weight and food.
“Food is my weakness I will admit it!!!” she told fans.
The blonde continued: “When I was younger and would go to restaurants with my mom, she would either say “sit still” or “you are eating way too fast โฆ please slow down”!!!’ she recalled, and then added, ‘I’m a passionate eater. I do remember at lunch though everybody’s meal was still there when mine was gone in 2 seconds!!!” The star is known for testing out new wellness trends, also for keeping her vibe fun. In 2021, she delighted fans with the amusing news that she was testing out the ice cream diet.
After sticking to strawberry, the signer told her followers: “I realized after a week eating it twice a day I needed to mix it up !!!! I switched to chocolate ๐ซ …. then I got bored of that one really fast so finally I went to vanilla.”
