If there is something that perfectly describes Karens, it is how easily they can start an altercation, but also how quickly they can escape from the kerfuffle they created. While some do their daring escapes by threatening to call the police, people in charge of an HOA, or ICE, a few others run away more gracefully. One example of this happened in Niagara Falls, New York, where a male Karen blocked the road with his vehicle, and when confronted by the affected person, he decided to “tippy toe” away from the fight.
The altercation seems to have happened during the weekend near the Boot Barn on Military Road in Niagara Falls, New York. In the video, you can observe two men who are fighting over a vehicle incident. Those who provided context claim the male Karen with the blue shirt blocked the other person’s car, preventing him from moving forward. This led to the two men exiting their vehicles and confronting each other.
The man with the black t-shirt started pursuing the other individual, but this person started to run away in a “tippy-toe” fashion. The angered driver continued to pursue the male Karen, telling him he would “beat the sh*t out of him.” Then, the one with the black t-shirt entered the Karen’s vehicle to move it out of the way, and the male Karen approached, saying, “Do something, do something.” In that moment, the angered person exited the car to try to engage the man, but this one “tippy-toed” away again.
In the end, both men entered their respective vehicles and drove away from the scene. Instead of being shocked, the audience around them was laughing out loud, mainly due to the graceful male Karen who kept running away from the person he provoked. Even the one filming commented, “I’m glad I caught this on video.“
Those who witnessed the event weren’t the only ones laughing, however, as many Redditors shared their thoughts on this cowardly male Karen. A few of them even praised his actions, as it seems he would’ve lost the fight had he engaged with the angered driver.
“Well, he’s stupid but he ain’t dumb.” Said one Reddit user.
“I ain’t a coward, dude!! – said over his shoulder while running away.” Commented another user.
In the end, it is definitely smart to run away from a physical altercation, as things can escalate quickly for the worse. However, the Karen was taunting the individual even after he had given up on chasing him. Fortunately, nothing happened, but if it had, it would’ve been the male Karen’s fault.
